As you noticed the Xbox stopped working completely after we “Fixed” it. We used regular rubbing alcohol (Sperto) which removed most of the gunk from the chips. Just make sure you don’t ruin your Xbox in the process.

What I've seen is that you need to restart the CPE after changing port forwarding settings. My CPE fried last week, I should check with maintenance tomorrow inshalla.
